At Fudies AI we respect your right to delete your personal data. You can do it yourself from the platform, immediately.
Log in to Fudies and go to Settings → Profile → Delete account. Confirm your password and your account is deleted instantly, along with the personal data associated with it (your account and staff information, and the linked WhatsApp conversation history). This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
The same option is available in the mobile app, on the profile screen.
If you cannot access your account, write to contacto@fudies.ai from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Data deletion", and include the restaurant name and the registered email or phone number. We process these requests within 30 days at most.
Certain information may be retained where the law requires it (for example, tax or invoicing records) and will be deleted once that period expires.
If you are a customer of a restaurant that uses Fudies and you want your data deleted (for example, your WhatsApp chat history), request it directly from the restaurant or write to us at contacto@fudies.ai and we will coordinate it.
