Privacy Notice

Fudies AI ("Fudies", "we") is a restaurant management platform. This Notice describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. By using Fudies you accept the practices described here.

1. Data controller

Fudies AI is responsible for processing the personal data collected through the platform. For anything privacy-related, write to us at contacto@fudies.ai.

2. Data we collect

From the restaurant account: business and branch names, staff names, emails and phone numbers, and access roles.
Operational: orders, reservations, tables, menu, inventory, payments and reports generated inside the platform.
From the restaurant's own customers: name, phone number and the content of messages exchanged over WhatsApp when the restaurant uses the chat feature.
Technical: usage, device and log data needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use the data

To provide and maintain the restaurant management service.
To send and receive messages with customers through the WhatsApp Business API (Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API) in order to take orders, follow up and confirm reservations.
To send operational notifications to staff.
To improve, secure and support the platform.

4. WhatsApp and Meta

Fudies integrates with the WhatsApp Business API from Meta Platforms, Inc. When a restaurant connects its number, messages with its customers are processed through Meta's infrastructure under Meta's policies. Fudies acts as a Tech Provider and only accesses the data needed to provide the messaging service to the restaurant. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep data while the account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations. Once it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights and data deletion

You can delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time from Settings → Profile → Delete account inside the platform. You may also request access or rectification; see the full procedure on our Data deletion page or write to us at contacto@fudies.ai.

7. Changes

We may update this Notice. The version in force will be published on this page along with its last-updated date.
